Allergens

Dear Parents!

In accordance with applicable law, we are required to include a list of allergens in our menu.

ALLERGENS ARE NOT HARMFUL INGREDIENTS, however, they can cause intolerance in people allergic to a given ingredient.

Our dishes may contain the following allergens:

1. Cereal grains containing GLUTEN, i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt or kamut wheat, as well as grains of hybrid varieties of the above cereal and products prepared on their basis
2. CRUSTACEANS and derivative products
3. EGGS and derivative products;
4. FISH and derivative products
5. PEANUTS and derivative products
6. SOY and derivative products
7. MILK and derivative products (including lactose)
8. NUTS, tj. almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale), pecans (Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia), as well as products derived from nuts used in the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin
9. CELERY and derivative products
10. MUSTARD and derivative products
11. SESAME SEEDS and derivative products
12. SULFUR DIOXIDE and sulphites at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre of the total SO2 content for products as ready-to-eat or prepared-to-eat in accordance with the producer’s instructions
13. LUPIN and derivative products
14. MOLLUSCS and derivative products
