The payment method has changed.

Dear Parents, Students and Teachers! From January 22, 2018, payments for meals (including one-off meals) will be possible only via bank transfer to the dedicated school account.

The possibility of paying for meals via bank transfer has been available in our school for several years. From 22.01. 2018 it also covers one-off meals. What does the purchase of one-off lunches look like? The transfer should be made no later than by 8:30 a.m. (on the day the meal is taken or on the preceding days) and the confirmation should be sent immediately (until 8:45 a.m.) to You can also give this confirmation to your child to show in the canteen just before the meal. This way (via one transfer) you can buy up to 3 meals. The content of the e-mail should include the child’s name and surname, grade and the day/days on which the meal/meals will be consumed. Lunch must be taken on the declared day of consumption. Any meal unused that day is considered lost. If the bank transfer includes a meal/meals purchased at least 2 days in advance, it is not necessary to e-mail or print the transfer confirmation.

One-off meals may be cancelled in accordance with the general rules below.

E-mail is the preferred form of submitting a cancellation request. Telephone requests must be confirmed in writing at the school office.


The deadline for payment for meals in a given month is always* the last week of the previous month.

*The exception are January and September. In the case of January, WE CALL FOR NO PAYMENT FOR THIS MONTH in DECEMBER, because we will have to return such payment, due to the requirements set by the District Education Office Finance Department, and payments will have to be repeated in January.

Daily nutritional rates:

– lunch (soup, 2nd course, drink) –                                     PLN 4.50

– breakfast with afternoon snack                                     – PLN 3.50

– full package (lunch, breakfast, afternoon snack) –                                     PLN 8.00


ONLY GRADE 0 STUDENTS can take breakfasts and afternoon snacks.

Older children may only take lunch.


Necessary information to be included in the bank transfer title:

– name and surname of the child, grade

– “lunch”(ob) or “lunch, breakfast + afternoon snack” (ob+śn+pd) or “breakfast + afternoon snack” (śn+pd)

– month of the meals paid

or specific days “ 1, 10, 15, 22. X”

or: “without Fridays”

or: “without 14,18, 22”

if the meals are not taken every day


 In the case of cancelling meals in the preceding month, making the payment must be preceded by e-mail contact ( or telephone contact (22 617-72-32 ext. 114) in order to determine the transfer amount.


Passes are issued after the money is credited to the account. The school (depending on the bank and the time of the transfer) receives this information usually up to 2 days after the operation.



Meal cancellation requests should be submitted on the day the meal is served or on the preceding days

  • via e-mail – until 9:00 a.m. on the day the meal is served or earlier, – the most preferred method
  • in person in the canteen from 7:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (cancellation card – parent’s/guardian’s signature required)
  • by phone from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. (cancellation by phone requires confirmation of the cancellation with a signature on the cancellation card within a maximum of 2 weeks from submitting cancellation request in the school canteen at 7.00 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.)

By providing: surname, first name, grade

(The school is attended by children with the same surname and first name)

Meal cancellation via e-mail

Please include the following information in the title of the e-mail (not in its content): surname, name of the child, grade, day or days when the child will not take meals, e.g.:

  • Jan Kowalski/ 1c/ 10.02.14 – 11.02.14.  or:  Anna Nowak/ 4c/ 5, 10, 20.12.12.
  • Giving the reasons for the absence is not necessary. The above information is sufficient for us to cancel.

Cancellation requests submitted in the above-described manner are the only basis for compensation for unused meal.

In accordance with Ordinance No. 2048/2008 of the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw of 11 September 2008 on accepting the terms of using canteens operating in the kindergartens and schools in the Capital City of Warsaw and the authorizations of the school and kindergarten principals to exempt from payment for meals – lack of payment within the given deadlines will be treated as resignation from meals. Payments after the deadline will not be accepted.
